vegan overnight oats
This dairy-free version of overnight oats is creamier than ever, thanks to a dollop of sünabloom and a splash of oat milk. Once the oatmeal is ready, you can bring in all the flavors and toppings you love—sweet or savory!
Vegan Overnight Oats
plant-based, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, top 8 allergen-free | serves 3-4
Ingredients
1 cup of sünabloom yogurt (one 5.3 oz jar)
1 cup non-dairy milk or water
1.5 cups old fashioned oats
pinch of kosher salt
optional: your favorite toppings!
Instructions
Stir everything together.
Chill in the fridge for at least six hours (overnight).
When you’re ready to eat, serve chilled and add your favorite toppings (we chose blueberries, sunflower seeds, toasted coconut chips and a drizzle of maple syrup).
Notes
The oatmeal will keep for a few days in the fridge.
When choosing your non-dairy milk—it all tastes great in this, so it’s pretty impossible to mess up. :) We used oat milk when developing this recipe to keep it soy- and nut-free.
