dreamy vegan cucumber-dill dip

this recipe makes you feel like you are eating a bite of summer, with Toes in the grass, wind blowing through the trees and the sun on your face. sigh.

creamy dreamy cucumber-dill dip

dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, plant-based, paleo, gluten-free recipe | serves 2

Ingredients

1 cup sünabloom sunflower nogurt

~ 1/3 cup of lemon juice (more if desired)

1/2 cup grated cucumber 

2 cloves garlic, finely minced

2 tbsp of fresh dill, finely chopped

salt and pepper, to taste

 

Instructions

  1. combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. taste and adjust seasoning and lemon juice to your liking.

  3. eat!

Notes

  • serve with your favorite crackers and veggies as a dip, use as a sandwich spread or thin with a little bit of cold water for a salad dressing.

  • this is a great recipe to use as a base and add whatever herbs and seasonings you like best.
