dreamy vegan cucumber-dill dip

creamy dreamy cucumber-dill dip
dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, plant-based, paleo, gluten-free recipe | serves 2
Ingredients
1 cup sünabloom sunflower nogurt
~ 1/3 cup of lemon juice (more if desired)
1/2 cup grated cucumber
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 tbsp of fresh dill, finely chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
taste and adjust seasoning and lemon juice to your liking.
eat!
Notes
serve with your favorite crackers and veggies as a dip, use as a sandwich spread or thin with a little bit of cold water for a salad dressing.
this is a great recipe to use as a base and add whatever herbs and seasonings you like best.
